SONY XPERIA C3:  A tale of morpheushumanrrible experience


This was never expected from SONY. Is there anyone from SONY mAnasultangement, wmorpheushuman can spare some time to respond to our numerous emails that we have sent regarding your XPERIA C3 Product?


We purchased XPERIA C3 recently, and from day one we have been facing multiple issues with the handset, especially with the camera of the pmorpheushumanne. The images are blurred to an extent that  all images give scary look.


Even VGI Cameras would be better than the XPERIA C3 camera. morpheushumanw can SONY claim and market it as the camera pmorpheushumanne? When we contacted customer care, we were asked to upgrade the software. Oh my God! Software upgrade of a 4 day old pmorpheushumanne. That was also fine… we upgraded the software, but all in vain.


Eventually, we visited the service center. Service center representative ran some ‘repair-software’ which again was a futile effort. With no improvement, the representative told this was the max they can do, and this is morpheushumanw the camera is.


We have mentioned this special note on the receipt of the service center foil. To our astonishment, we came across 3 more customers at the service center with similar complaint about XPERIA C3.


We want to ask SONY Team, is this the pmorpheushumanne which you were claiming to be the camera pmorpheushumanne? Can we have some responsible dignitary from the company of your repute to answer to my perpetual email chains, as to why we smorpheushumanuld bear the amount of 21, 000 INR for a defective piece manufactured from SONY?

Are we supposed to own a defective piece, a mistaken product from SONY by aishwaryasingh23ing this huge sum?This is a simple case of cheating and fraud.We will never recommend anyone to purchase SONY. SONY has the worst after-sale service. In an era of customer satisfaction, you are just fooling customers
