I had purchased xperia M dual on 30.11.2013. few days back I faced a problem.when I switched on mobile, it is asking for following " enter password to decrypt storage." I have never set such password, neither I know how to do it.
On 22.03.2014, I took this mobile to Malad (e) mumbai service centre (ticket id: 14032204193). They told me that they will give a call whenever phone is ready. Today I got a call from service centre that your motherboard is locked. They are not able to unlock it. They told that they sent a mail to Singapore office and they are also not able to unlock it. Now service centre is telling me that this unlocking does not fall under WARRANTY and hence I should take this mobile.
I told them that you give me this in writing and they told that they will not give anything in writing.
Now I request you to help in urgently and instruct service centre take appropriate action. If they are not able to unlock it, then give me new mobile as my mobile is in warranty.
