Xperia SP is sony’s top level midranger, which was released after the likes of xperia sl, xperia l. Though sony has managed to satisfy it’s customers with their quality gadgets, let’s see if Xperia sp cuts the mettle.

Now lets move on to the review part.
to be noted - I have been using this phone past two years, hence my review will consist of two parts, namely - first impression and impressions after the aforementioned time period
i.e 2 years.
call quality- The phone is one of the earliest mid-rangers to support 4g. Nevertheless the call quality is excellent, and so is the signal reception and microphone, which are two in number .The’phone’ app also has features such as equalizers and also a’slow talk’ feature.
design and build quality - The build quality is top notch, and the plastic at he back cover is pretty durable and lasts for a long time. Addition flip covers or back cases aren’t a necessary. The aluminum frame which holds the phone gives it a very sturdy and premium look. Apart from that the frame also takes accidentals slips and drops quite gracefully, leaving itself with dents and scratches, but protecting the stuff inside that really matter and run this monster smoothly for years.
One another distinctive feature which separates it from the other snapdragon-run-phones and sets apart from the other brands is it’s’ LED NOTIFICATION STRIP’. It looks pretty jaw-opening and is an really unique feature, when it comes to gadgets. It can show different colours for different notifications. It works best when played along with sony’s trademark and legendary WALKMAN player, it goes along with the accent color of the album art and tries to be in sync with the beats of the song played. Pretty cool huh?!
