Dear friends, I bought SONY Xperia SP just one year back and within this 12 months I had problems with hardware of the phone and had to service it 4 times.
They did not charge for servicing but I feel that the so called SONY not making good quality product anymore. I contacted the customer service center they advised me to use THIS OLD PHONE only(defected phone) even with the WARRANTY period they refused to replace the phone. Within the warranty period they should have exchanged my phone which had hardware problem.
Now, I am not able to hear the voice clearly from the phone. I feel this company is not having any more service motive, they need only MONEY. Once you aishwaryasingh23 the money they will vanish. So, my request for the people those who are looking for new phone to buy, please think many times before you go for SONY.I hone SONY will improve their quality.
