Worst phone and worst camera, lots of complaints

I had taken t2 ultra last month and found problems in the camera clarity, online video playback, speaker so I gave it for replacement within 7 days, and on 4th July I got the new t2, when I used it I again found the same problem, so I got fed up and became desperate.


I requested for a refund, and called to the call centre, the executive told me that service manager is the


responsible person for giving refunds, accordingly I had a talk with the service manager and he agreed for the refund and told me to wait for two days to get a reply from sony after mailing the details of bill.


Now its been more than one month and I didn’t get any reply, t2 ultras price also gone down in the market, that means I would have taken the phone now so that I would have got it in a low price as I didn’t get time to use the phone after I bought it on June 24th because of the problems in the handset, its very difficult to push the


life on without a mobile and I asked for a standby and the service centre didn’t give me any standby by saying all standbys are given to customers and no more is available in the service centre and after 3 weeks I again went to service centre for standby and they again told the same story and from there itself  I called Mr. Saravanan the service head kerala and told the issue then he called the service manager  sanuj and then the manager came with a standby, so the standby was there bt they were not giving me bt wen the service head asked then only they gaveit, its too bad customer service and I m assuring you I wont buy any sony products in the future, I m having a bravia bigscreen tv and I was a loyal customer to sony but everything chang3d now, now I hate sony because of the service.


And today I called Mr. Saravanan again and asked for the status, he told me that all other complaints are rectified but the complaint of camera cannot be rectified, because this is the camera clarity sony can give, dear I was using htc one 8 megapixel camera which gave a great clarity, sony t2 is a 13 megapixel camera phone and when I take photos I can see full grins in the photo, with this camera I am getting very low clarity photos, I compared with so many phones which is having less megapixels than this but all that gave beter photos than t2, even I compared with gione e7mini and it gaves a better photo clarity, I took a printout of the photos I take from t2 and an 8 megapisel cam phone even in the printout also the t2 is the worst. And the AR effect is not working at all, how can u cheat customers like this by giving great great specs and then practically it is not meeting any specified things. can u please tell me what wrong thing I did, that I trusted a A class mobile company like sony or I believed the specs wat u have written in the product manual, its a cheating u did to the customer, a huge expectation of sony product made my head down and which is a premium class phone of rupees 24000 and it is not meeting standards of a low class mobiles.


I am going to lodge a complaint with consumer court, and in all social sites I will post this including customer support blogs like mouthshut.com and all. Very much depressed of the service and low quality product of sony.
