Hi, I am using Sony Xperia XA Dual from December 2016, I purchased this phone for 4G use with my new Jio 4G sim Card for voice calling, But I was disappointed to know that this phone does not support Volte. So I have to install Jio4Gvoice application through which I can call, but voice quality is not as per required(Where as Samsung, LYF which do support Volte & has much better voice reception). Well its screen has curved ends both sides, so toughened glass does not suits as its ends gets lifted all the time, and we can not access the touch user interface at both ends, so we have to go for another type of screen guard(360) which is of material of something like rubber, to find accessories for Sony phones is a tuf thing. I used this phone with back cover, but dust particles easilt gets trapped between cover and phone body due to it my delicate back cover of poly-carbonate got scratches on it, so now I am using phone without cover, whereas its metal body at edge feels is good & feels better.
Its camera is good, but its auto focus is very slow, it is better to use manual mode instead of auto mode, its video quality is amazing, its camera really heats like an iron and hangs sometimes if we try to see captured pics from camera menu, & its battery lasts good if used properly.
I purchased this phone, because of Sony branding thinking it may have something special and extra, but this phone is 4G phone without Volte, disappointing according to its price is should give it, even budget phones has it, this is very disappointing, Sony have not given file manager, which makes tuf to manage files, we have to download it & that also does not works properly, file commander which I downloaded always keeps giving notification to update to its premium version which provides better access as a file manager without adds.
Regarding its good side, its pics we capture have better quality that other phones, its metal body edge feels good while using it, and its different design gives it a unique premium look, it is very sleek. While charging its battery from zero it gets charged its 60% of battery very faster with its original charger provided with it, & regarding its multimedia results(photo, video and music)are excellent including clarity of its loud speaker.
Finally speaking for value of money it would be much better if Sony provides File manager, Volte which should be given as per its price.
