Hi everyone I purchased this smartphone about 2 month before, in beginning it was working flawlessly n I was satisfied from its routine performance. But since OTA nougat update it’s routine performance effected badly because it start heating n hanging during Skype calls, browsing Facebook n playing mid processing games.
Even during Skype calls it take lot of time to open whatsapp or Facebook n during that process it becomes really hot like pressure cooker. I used Galaxy Note 4 for 2 years n trust me I didn’t face anything annoyed like this n don’t forget Note 4 has low processing power as compared to this crap. I am really upset from this situation I also make hard reset but that didn’t solve my problem I have installed about 170 different apps including games.
