I buy a sony z ultra mobile. Because OF its large and wide screen and 2 gb ram and fullhd resolution. When I buy first I really happy with the mobile. But later it gives me a trouble like holding the in hands and keeping the mobile in pockets, because OF its large display and large touchscreen.
A few months ago the touchscreen brolen when I am try to sit on the chair because the mobile is in my pant pockets and when I try to sit the touchscreen break ups. I relly hate this incident. Because I buy it on sony center and I never take the mobile to service shop and never had any scatches in mobile but the touchscreen breaks ups.
While I try to change the touchscreen I ask the sony center they tell the rate OF rs 8000RS. I really shocked when they said about the touchscreen price. And I dont want to change the touchscreen for its huge price. So, I deceide to sell it to any other like a second hand mobile.
Sony try to fullfill the customers but they only aim is to earn money.
