Totally Dabba, Are You know all Xperia Z, Zr, Z ultra etc. are non repairable phone that means if you have a simple issue related to your any hardware i.e. Earphone, microphone, Bluetooth etc. this is not repairable. they will told you to replace this phone to it’s higher version with MRP and considered only 30-40% of your previous phone price. that mean a persons who takes the xperia Z by paying Rs.40, 000 they will consider only Rs.5000- 6000(current price Rs.18000*30%) to replace with it’s higher version.
I am one of the Fan of Sony Xperia and using 2 xperia phone parallely but right know I feel they will cheat customer because this is Sony fault not customer fault.
