I got this Phone as a gift from my hubby for my Birthday which is less than 6 months now. No doubt its sleek & good looking but later got to know that it was a wrong decision to buy this.
The sad part is in spite of knowing that he has lot of complaints etc the shop keeper executive didn’t mind to bring it to our notice. His motto was only to sell.
I have visited the service center dozens of time & got to know that many other users just like me are regularly visiting the service centers to fix the same kind of mobile problems.
I had been using Nozia cell phones for more than 5 years & never ever I faced any issues with them but this phone is very slow, hangs N number of times, reboots every now & then. I have upgraded all the software given by them but still no use.
The mother board always has problems. Even the memory card has some problems, there will be no display of calls missed, received or dialed which is not saved in memory card. Most important is it does not have a flash in the camera hence you cannot take any snaps in the night.
The photo clarity is not that good. It has got lot of bugs which need to be fixed before selling any more number of these cell phones. Infact now I am planning to exchange but not getting a resell value as well & the cost of it is very high but not worth its value.
