I had ordered a clock on Sosasta.com on 15-Sep-2011, which was expected to be delivered in seven business days as per the site. I did not receive it for almost 15 business days after which I called the customer support(which is NOT 24 x 7 but only Mon-Sat 9 to evening) who told thatthey did not know the status due to system fault and promised to call me and update, which never came.
Today(3rd Oct 2011), which is almost after three weeks of my money being taken for the order, when I call customer, things are status quo. They dont give ticket number for our call and tell it is all on the system. Theyve promised to deliver me by this weekend. I asked them to see thecause of the fault and address the same, instead of giving empty promises.
I strongly recommend people not to use Sosasta.com(suprisingly a Groupon company).
