I am typing this email to thank the entire SOTC team to make it the most memorable holiday of my life.
I was an alone female Traveller and first time to Europe and I was very hesitant to travel with SOTC but starting from London hotel Checkin to Milan airport departure to india it has been the most memorable experience and a dream come true holiday. SOTC team specially Akhilesh Mishra ( Tour Manager ) was kind and helpful throughout the trip and he never made me feel like I was travelling alone with unknown people from different background and different age groups.
I need to mention special Thank you to Akhilesh Mishra for being the best , responsible & knowledgeable tour manager and like to share the incident “I went alone to explore London city in the evening and lost my way back to the hotel , I called Akhilesh and informed I m lost, with his city knowledge he guided me over the phone to change 2 metro lines and reach to heathrow airport and take the shuttle bus or Uber taxi or local bus to the crown plaza hotel but due to lot of flight delays there was never ending line for Uber, local taxi and bus frequency to the hotel was minimised. He was on phone call through out with me to ensure I was safe but after waiting for 2 hours at the airport and failing to get any mode of transport back to the hotel ..I am grateful to Akhilesh he came to pick me up at the airport at 1:30am and took me back safely to hotel and also arranged packed dinner for me. He exceeded all my expectations.
In 15 days I feel as if I have seen entire best of Europe .SOTC choice of hotels was excellent , food was delicious , time Management of Tour Manager was highly effective as we got extra time to explore cities on our own.
I was hesitant to Holiday alone but now I am very confident and would highly recommend every single alone female traveller to choose SOTC as their holiday choice.
