First of all, I have been using this Earphone for past 8 months. I have used other company’s earphones like Sony, Skullcandy etc but in this price bracket none of them offer such a good sound combined with durablity. The wire is Not Tangle free but is strong enough to survive for months. In case your product stops working, Soundmagic has most efficient service centre. Last time they gave me a replacement of the product on the very same day.
Coming to the Quality of the sound, The bass is perfect however, the sound gets a little wacky when you raise the volume to the full. treble and Noise cancellation however is good. Its a must buy in this price bracket.
