Many thanks to SoundMonk.com for making one more of my dreams come true. Soundmonk has always been known for its prompt service, ever since its inception and I have always been happy with how promptly they deliver all the instruments and their after sales service. But yesterday was really exceptional. In the morning, I just mentioned to Viresh Loni, the dynamic young CEO of Soundmonk that I was interested in purchasing a Digital Piano.
By good luck, he had the same model which I wanted, in his Bandra store.(the Roland F20). I went in the evening and checked out the model and approved it and by night, it was delivered to my place, in record time. Viresh saw to it personally that the digital piano was procured from the godown and delivered to my place and assembled, all within a couple of hours. I am really happy and grateful for all the pains he took to see that the instrument was delivered in the shortest possible time. I look forward to a lifelong association with Soundmonk for all my musical needs. Thank you, Viresh for going above and beyond the call of duty in getting me my digital Piano so fast and at such a reasonable price)
