I had purchased Soundpeats QY7 wireless on Myntra while it was on Diwali sale 2017. I used it for couple of hours while working out and was pleased with its connectivity. Mt happiness lasted very short, first the speaker stopped working, then the battery drained quickly(had to charge everyday) then finally it was completely dead. All this happened within 5 months of purchase. Since it was in warranty, I managed to get a replacement. Imagine my shock when the replaced product also stopped working within 3 weeks of delivery. The Indian retailer for soundpeats is Photron who are based in Mumbai.I have feeling that the product is not original but a duplicate made by photron. I got the set for Rs1500(actual price 3000) on myntra and I am sure I received a fake product.I had to shell out money for shipping as well, Its just my money down the drain.I wouldnt recommend soundpeats nor photron based on my experience.
