I am an ex-employee of Source One. it was a horrible nightmarish experience. First there is no work ethics, horrible work environment. we are treated like slaves.
If we decide to leave the organization also there will be a big issue created. if a person is working excellent also they don’t bother, they just want us to be like dogs wagging our tails. On the whole a very horrible experience. We cant show our experience also else where, so total waste of working. And we wont learn anything as well.
