The HR, Kavitha Martin is unaware of the changes happening in the company. Recently, before I post this around 6 months before more than 25 people have been terminated by the recently joined director. The work environment is too worst with cheap politics.
Projects
Its better if we have to learn new technologies and if we have to work with good projects and if we want to have a stable and good growth curve in our career its better not to join SourceTrace. The main project they have is NABARD which they have is for .net and POS which is already develop they do some changes and keep selling so the company is not making much huge profits when compared other MNCs.
They do get some short term projects too and put the developers under high pressure and deliver it.
Management
The person Sandeep Chatterjee , Managing Director and the Technical director is totally a junk fellow. He doesn’t know any thing technically but pretend to be technical and since he is a purely sales person doesn’t know and understand the risks involved in development. Its better he can be called as Stupid Chatterjee. The rest of the management is also ignorant about the happenings in the branch offices they just concentrate on filling their pockets.
So be careful and don’t even join this company
