Neither I m a cricket fan, nor a writer..still after 3.5 hrs of Historical match between South Africa and Australlia, I’m trying convince myself whether this can happen ? After all Seeing is believing guyz. World champions on Sunday noon posted a huge record of 434 runs in 50 overs at Johanesburg SA. At the same moment harbhajan singh got out at 36 at mohali where most of our Indian fans (including me) were enjoyin his bat.

The match soon steamed out when Smith, Herchelle Gibbs started shattering Aussies...Lewis specially who was beaten so badly that he created the worst record for himself with a bowling average of 11.30 runs in 10 overs.Never mind, a record is a record.I couldn;t control myself when Gibbs got out in 31st over.The score 298-4. 298 in 31 overs was unbelievable.Now, the real excitement has begun.South Africans on a mission.Target wasn’t so far, thanx Gibbs..u’d done a gr8 job.Came Kallis playin out Dravid Style.Picking singles.oops ! got out @ 20 runs.
M Boucher...Unmistakably played the similar role which sometimes kaif plays in crucial times knocking 46 off 42 balls, the match soon gets diverted towards SA.The biggest part of the match was the last over.Unfortunately Andrew Hall gets bks to pavillion @ 7 runs.Now 4 runs to win from 3 balls.M.Ntini on strike.No more gooses for Africans..only the last wicket.The whole world was watchin’em.I bet, most of us were praying....cmmon Ntini hit or pickup a single, give strike to boucher....God heard, smhow he managed to pick up a single.Finally Boucher makes his 50 off 43 balls..leading SA to win this game.The Gigantic record of 434 runs was broken in the next 299 balls....slapping 438 on scoreboard . Huh ! Howz dat happened ????
Now what can I predict in future since the practicing technology is increasing and upgrading, 400+ runs ’ll soon become common but it will take another decades for the opposition to chase such a huge score.What say ?
Will ever Asians play the game in this fashion ?
