THE WORST SERVICE

Of all the banks I have dealt with, SIB is the worst when it comes to customer service. They ask you to visit their branch for everything. Their mobile banking is completely function-less. Even card activation cannot be done through phone banking. They ask you to visit the branch and get your card activated, when you have already placed a written request at the bank in the first place. Even for blocking your card you will have to visit the branch and submit a request. They have got the worst phone banking support. Got my account shifted to ICICI bank which provides way easier banking. Will never recommend SIB to anyone.
