Facilities provided by this bank are less. Procedure for loans aren’t proper, rather than procedure they dont even entertain us if we ask for a loan. They do not even try to make out way for getting a loan. I had tried out for various loan, business loan and personal loan each time I had got a negative response. Mobile apps of this bank isn’t proper. Some times it doesn’t function well. Slow server responce. Many times I have experienced delay or failure while I swipe my card. It had took 7 days for account activation while they said within 5 days even then others good banks do it in 1 day itself.
