The BM do not match customer expectations. Early days, they had wonderful Managers who would go any lengths to ensure that the Customer is taken care with their excellent service.
Now it’s not the case. The current BM do not want to take any Responsibility. He is passing the buck type of guy. He could not be bothered to take any Responsibility. He is an introvert. Now the Branch is loosing customers. Even I am planning to shut down all my account plus all my Family members. Still these Morons do not understand. They seems to think that they are doing us a favour. If this BM stays here for more time, he will ensure that the Branch is closed.
I still can’t figure out as to how the HO Deputy such Morons to such an important place for the Bank. Good Luck to them. I am out of it.
