I have a very bad experience . I bought first time through them by seeing their tv ad . but I warn everyone a road side small travel agent is much better than southall.
I will write detail with full proof on internet later on as still my complain is in with them and hopefully they will look in it !!!! I have experienced every thing

It is impossible to hold phone for long time which is costing hell of money. Will I recommend any one? No!
