I would never recommend this unprofessional company to any of my friends and family. If you have a problem they are very unhelpful and the staff attitude is infuriating. They booked me under the incorrect flight, and refused to take the blame yet expected me to pay a cancellation fee.
All you get is a kick in the teeth with southall travel. You would be lucky to get a call back or any assistance with your complaints.
