Dear Friends.
I wanted to visit Delhi-Shimla-Kullu-Manila-chandigarh-delhi (dt: 01/10/2011) and selected Southern Travels after seeing their brand name and the tourism award they got from the Indian Govt.(100% I can sure the awards they got is fraud only)
We three friends booked each of 11, 500/- for per head, we booked in Bangalore southern travels office. we were promised that I would be provided a 3 star or equivalent accommodation and unlimited quality food, but the real things are entirely opposite.
The problem starts from first-day itself, we started our tour, the bus was looking good and the a/c hasn’t give any problem....thank god that was the only goodness....i got...apart from...
the people doesn’t have any time sense or listening to customers. Our guide was pathetic, good not speak english and doesn’t know what to say in half of the places. Where he knows... god only knows where he would disappear to.
- Food Quality is very bad and cooked in dirty vessels...prepare under unhygeinic conditions...served in very bad manner. every day three times rice and dal....same they are providing recooked..utterly horrible. food is the basic thing they have to give good and hygienic naaa...worst people...
The rooms what they are provided was dirty and small and low cost worst rooms...only we got good room in manali that also water problem...
Please Friends...."I AM NOT OTHER TRAVEL AGENCY PERSON......please believe me my problem should not happen again....and we are paying for that.....’hard earned money’......for everybody its same... is it....but they are giving Fing service.
please don’t suggest anybody for this southern travels group. I really don’t know how they will survived in this industry for so long.
