Southern travels is one of the travel agency located n coimbatore. I want to share my personal experience with this Travels I once had this travel to go to Ooty with my family trip I booked the travel and they give me a Bolero car.
Actually we booked the car 5 days before the travel and they called us to come to the office to see the car. When we reach the office we saw the car but the car was fully scratched and was in a very old condition and the seat also not much comfortable so we decided to change the car
But they refused our plan and they told to use this car only and we had to pay the advance and move ahead to our trip. There was no tour guide with us only we have to manage, the company only provided Bolero car and nothing else after the trip we had the car was not much suitable seats are not much comfortable and the mileage that the car gave was much very low.The travel agency was not much good and was also not much convenient at all because the car was not much comfortable and they didn’t give any tour guideand the travel support was also very very poor
The customer support is very very poor because when we contacted the company for travel conveniency they ignored us.
