This is regarding the Spa Hibiscus, Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Branch. I visited this branch on 19th Oct 2013 in the evening at around 6 in the evening. I went there to book my engagement makeup and party makeups for my sisters, friends and my mother.
The person standing on the reception counter initially entertained us but in other 5 minutes her friend or some known person came. They both started talking and the receptionist seemed least interested in talking us. I was waiting there for my turn to come; however, she just seemed disinterested in talking me as if I will just decide and book my package without knowing any details.
After waiting for a long time when I felt things will not get finalized like this I told her that either she entertain me or entertain her friend or when she is done with the gossip we can sit and discuss. She started arguing with me and my sister in a very loud tone. I asked if she can fix an appointment when I can come and discuss about the packages for which she refused and said “ji hum toh yahin khade khade sare packages book karte hai apke liye koi special room toh hai nahi”.
Instead of catering to my request she continued to talk in a very rude manner. Her language and her indecent behavior are seriously not acceptable to any customer. And my sister has visited that parlor before also. This was not the first time that we went there. There was no other customer apart from me and that friend of hers that I would still consider that I am not getting entertained as there is so much of rush.
However, such was not the scene. Later when I said that thank you for entertaining us in such a manner I am not interested in taking any services from here and just left she said in a very disgusting manner to my sister “dekh k chal nahi toh gir jayegi kahin”. She even kept abusing when we were leaving which a person of my etiquette can never hear or do. This abusive language and this behavior of the employee of your company is seriously regretting and not acceptable.
You can review the recording of our conversation if a CCTV was installed there. I don’t know if an action would be taken against her but I would never ever visit this or any other branch of Spa Hibiscus.
