We had placed an order for a few items vude Order No. 12294497 dated 6th Sept 2020. We got delivery of incomplete items. With 2 kgs chicken missing. We also got brown floor mat against MaroonFloor mat we ordered. We showed this to delivery person. He acknowledged deficiency and then updated same in delivery slip and informed that there was no stock and it will be delivered on 7th Morning. He also gave 2 contact Nos of Spar one of Vijay another of Arul Marina being 9110810778 and 7338390601 both from Spay RMZ yelahanka, Bangalore.
When items did not come on 7th Morning we contacted above Nos, but they did not support at all. We we called call centre No.18605009418 the IVR is disconnected multiple times.
It is disgusting that Cos like Spar dont have a proper call centre to address customer complaints. We do not know what to do. The call centre IVR does not get connected once we select the options.
