In one of my order an item was partially delivered. When I raised complaint, they just issued a ticket and item is not delivered even after 1.5 months. In another order green peas filled with worms were delivered. I asked for exchange or refund. But they didnt respond. Customer support is only for name sake. They think their job is to only raise tickets and not resolve it. This what happens when some roadside vendors are part of management team and the rest below will follow their leaders
