Extremely poorly trained & un-cultured staff.
They have hired people with no training. The person @ cash counter was absolutely non responsive to my request of adjusting my past points inspite of repeated reminders. Even worse was when we firmly asked him the reason he simply ignored & tried to attend to the next customer.
I feel it’s well planned & deliberate. They always do the same.
Found on the reviews that they cheat on MRP also. Quite possible with these guys. DISGUSTING.
NEVER AGAIN TO SPAR
