We stayed in Sparsa Resorts @ Kanya Kumari during our Christmas vacation last week. Its located near India Ocean @ Kanya kumari and you can easily see Sun rise, Sun set and Viveka Nanda rocks.
Ambience is also very good. But when it comes to custoemr service and presentation they have to go long way, .it is simply pathetic. and after all this you will not feel good. We faced lots of issue when it comes to room service, availability of water in the toilet( it was stopped without any notification or alternate arrangement), foods( very costly with poor quality).
So even If ambience is good, I woudl not recommend it. They should learn that customer service is very important.again you can’t just make money if you don’t understand customer’s problem and resolve them amicably .More than a hotel staff I guess it is their management should understand this and work towards its improvement. hence I would caution who are going to KK in near future.
