Being a user of sparx I must say that sparx is a cheap and best indian brand , an article of relaxo footwear ltd. has been rising in indian market from many years due to its good look and durability and the most astonishing factor is the money , it’s cheap and affordable for large population of india.
Starting from slippers , flip-flops , slip on and sports shoes the all over products are good and comfortable their products are well designed and there is no manufacturing defects as the stitches are good for long life of their products. These products are today available in all the local markets because of high demand .
The footwear shop selling these product are relating old to their customers and do not have to struggle a lot for the sale because of high demand , overall the customer service is satisfactory. The product is durable so I personally never needed customer service complaint or something other to complain in against of sparx products.
The staff courtesy is good because it is available in local market and never had trouble related to this matter.
