The worst unorganized hospital ever with grumpy looking staff who are never polite. This is my third experience hence forced to write this. I called and had taken an appointment for 11:30am which was confirmed via telephone. I reached there and specifically mentioned to them that I had taken an appointment for 11:30 cause of my previous experience.history repeats as usual. I was waiting and waiting and finally at around 12:15 when I saw everybody was called except me I was under the impression that the rest of the patients had taken prior appointments.( fyi Doc arrived at the hospital at 11:45 am) as usual you have to raise your voice and create an issue for things to speed up. Then the sister tells me that I had not made an appointment and I was a walk in patient so I had to wait. I lost my temper as I had left my 3 month old baby at home with my mother and that’s the reason I had taken the appointment so that I could meet the doc n leave on time. After the shouting I have no clue from where my file appeared out of thin Air and I was allowed to meet the doc next. Never will I go back to this Hospital.
