The agency managed to pack and transport all my household goods to my new apartment in Bangalore city. They had a good team of workers, handling the whole process of packing, loading transportation and unloading. Goods were randomly packed without proper labelling. Due to time constraint, they could not undertake unpacking and rearranging.
Barring a few mishaps of breakage of glass(1) and missing items(3), overall goods were found intact on unpacking. The team workers were well-mannered and appeared to be skilled in their work. However, they lacked knowledge in labelling of packaged goods, due to which lot of difficulty was faced in identification of contents in different packages, for appropriate unpacking and rearranging.
