Hi, I wanted to share my personal opinion about specsmaker.in.
Last month I bought a pair of reading glasses for my mother. the newspapers were giving descriptions about huge discounts hence I downloaded the app and selected the frames and glasses. I placed an order and got the frame with glasses delivered but it was in a broken condition. the frame was of very low quality and I immediately called up the specsmakers customer service to get it replaced. since I had already made a payment via online the customer service didn’t show interest in replacing the broken frame. But started arguing that it cannot be replaced. I was very upset and angry with them. When I told I would go to consumer court then they refunded only 50% of the money where I lost my money unnecessarily.
Guys, please not to purchase any items via online unless the give a replacement due to their error.
