Well in customer service , there are no more issues but when I get an query and asked customer support they doesn’t give a proper reponse and sometimes they make use to wait for long time.Product quantity : When I ordered a frame and it cost me 2699 indian rupees and I also got a free frame and what I got wasA good frame and a free frame has a some scratches on it .
Delivery timeliness : -
When I order this frame on a Friday there was 2days of holiday and after those holiday they came in 3 working days. And I had waited for 5 days totally.
App and website : -
App and website of this specs makers are not works sometime when I clicked on 3D views it pops me an error and also for some glasses 3d view not working properly.
Reliability : -
