Hii mates, Today I am describing my horrible experience with specmakers.in. Two weeks ago I ordered a light weight spectacles for me and after few days it got delivered . The packaging of product was nice but the Spectacles are not light weight and the plastic which is used for making it is very bad quality .I was got shocked after that it was so heavy to wear that it feel like someone get fixed a brick on the up side of the nose . Then I raised a complaint for the product and till now I didn’t get any resolution of the problem. They are saying that someone will to my address for replacement but no one comes till now . It was a very horrible experience of online shopping .
