"Never buy titaneye lenses" i have purchased spectacles from titan eye chembur, mumbai on 22 may"Never buy titeneye lenses" i have purchased spectacles from titan eye chembur, mumbai on 22 may 2013 (rsinvoice bca0010324). however , in just few days there were many scratches on one of the glasses. i have used it as per the instructions and it was not rubbed against any hard surface.
i suspected there must be some fault in the hard coating that is supposed to be provided on the glasses . i requested your representative at chembur, diamond garden branch to get it checked at their lab.
however, it took around 40 minutes to convince the store manager that the spectacles can be checked at lab to see the quality was ok. it has been more than 25 days since i have given my spectacles to titeneye store for quality inspection. they do not reply to mail nor do they answer the calls. please see their customer care. no one ever picks the phone.
after spending almost 5000 rs , i am getting this kind of service and product from titeneye.
i have send them notice before filling complaint in consumer forum. but no response!!! great! no fear of law, no regard for the customers!!! good work titeneye!!
