I have taken the spectranet connection around 4 months back and from then on, I am facing issues. This is the most pathetic service that I have seen from any provider. Your service goes down anytime and multiple times in the month. If you call the customer care, they first don’t know anything and secondly they hardly care for about the customer. My Service is down from last four days and still they are least bothered about it. What I will suggest is that its better to stay without internet instead of taking spectranet.
