I live in Pune Rahatani Area. I have applied on 6th November for Spectranet Broadband Service and had been told that within 4 days it will be installed. Today it is 16th now and since last 6 days I am following continuously on customer care and the only answer I get that it will be definitely installed today. No call back from any technical or installation team to intimate when they will be visiting. Customer Care team does not have any answer.
They just say we have mailed it to back end team on priority and we can not do any thing. What the disgusting service. If the name is new and you want to establish your brand then at least your service should be good. If this is the case for installation, god knows what will be the case if any down time happens. I don’t know how to contact Udit Mehrotra( CEO), Nitin Mehrotra( COO) or Brajesh Jain( President) but this is for sure that they do not have a single idea about their own company service.
Otherwise they would had definitely taken necessary steps to restructure their staff. GUYS NEVER GO FOR THIS! I WILL SUGGEST STILL TO GO FOR LEADING SERVICE PROVIDER! ATLEAST YOU WILL FIND GOOD SERVICE.
