My Name is Devang Mehta, from Lokhandwala, Kandivali(e), Mumbai.
I contacted spectranet representative called Rakshit Amin(Area Sales Manager) for a new connection. He instantly sent another representative to collect form and cash.
I explained them, that I am not sure about spectranet as my home concealed wiring are chocked. Mr. Rakshit personally convinced me to pay 2808 cash advance, and said "Sir you dont worry, we are professional, and my team will come and clear the blockage also and give you a amazing experience and if we are not able to clear the chock and install our wire, we will refund your cash within 5 days. Mr. Rakshit even sent me a official mail stating that he will refund the money in cash within 5 days if installation is not possible.
The wiring team came and confirmed the wiring was not possible next day itself.
It has been more than 45 days now, since I payed them in cash. Mr. Rakshit is not responding, sometimes when he answers my calls, he says my superior Mr. Somit is not giving approval for refund.
Recently after many calls from my side, he told me to send him a scan copy of my bank cheque for online payment(remember he promised cash on day one and not online). I gave it to them.
Since 45 days now, I have been following up with both Rakshit and Somit, None of them are responding nor are they refunding my money. I dont know what to do.
