Dont fall into the trap of 100mbps connection

Getting a 100 mbps connection is like wow and with the same expectation opted for their services but now my sincere advice to you all is - DO NOT FALL INTO ANY TRAP whatever lucrative the offer may seems because I will narrate the non negotiable issue which you may face and will keep frighten you.


1) When you take any connection the foremost priority is speed and I have never seen speed beyond 25 mbps which really sucks, trust me even a JIO 4G or 2mbps MTNL connection works better.


2) If you pay the bill through apps like paytm and that too timely their customer care seems careless as always and keep asking you for payment.


3) They keep sending you inflated bills for no reason mentioning as - delayed payment, penalty etc and then you have to explain them with multiple followup.


4) Every other day you may face connectivity problem and you get a "Service disruption" SMS.


5) When you try to disconnect their services giving advance notice they forfeit your deposit money.


6) When the billing approaches their customer care gonna call you for payment reminder every other day but when you face service disruption or any issue they do not even respond or may close your ticket without any intimation.


I am sure all you want is a decent speed and hassle free service and do not increase your liability by choosing -Spectranet, choose a connection wisely:)
