WOrst service among all bb service provider, in almost 2 days u can face service disruption. Almost daily u get the message for same. Even when u asked for refund, u will get penny like for 15 days they refunded 111 rs.Satisfy with speed though, but at night 9-11, u wouldn’t get desired speed may be due to high usages.
Plans are good but what u will do for speed when u have no connectivity.
I request to all, plz dont go for this service provider ever, atleT in pimple saudagar, they have worst service.
Bsnl is far better At Least u can access internet when u need.
For office user a big no, otherwise u may loose quality time on reaching customer care and then for resolving issues.
