I know that it takes some time for the internet connection to come to your house and it gets delayed especially because of the unprofessional attitude of the employees of such local players but spectra-net employees would be victorious by a land slide margin when it comes to bamboozling consumers and hopelessness.
I am from Pune and we stay at Pimple Saudagar area and our building has plethora of spectra-net users and we decided to go for it having that in mind.
Every day since we made the payment and signed the form, they kept promising us that they would come soon to install the router. The wiring work was very quickly done but after that, it was a pretty long wait. Everyday, they promised us that they would come at evening at around 6’o’ clock then that would go to 8 then 9 and then they won’t show up. We threatened, requested, did every possible thing a consumer can do to expedite but still, these good for nothing people could not do anything. Someday the person would fall ill, someday it was a holiday, someday there would be a shutdown, someday the server hanged, someday their machine was not generating "Codes" and multitude of other disgusting and hopeless reasons. Finally we took a decision to move on with other reputed player and perhaps that was the best decision to go with.
So, please I request all of you to do the same. Its a matter of sum 100-200 bucks and an ounce of less speed, but always try to go for reputed brands and not these unprofessional hopeless ISPs.
