I have been a Spectranet broadband customer since March 2013.
There have been very frequent outages of Spectranet in my area over the past two weeks. Some of these outages are lasting over 8 hours. I am convinced that your company does not have the technical expertise nor trained manpower to find a permanent solution to this problem. Being a small and new player in the market, I understand that your business does not have the scale, equipment and budgets that other medium to large ISPs have.
I also fully understand that the customer is the most insignificant aspect in your business. It takes over 20 minutes of waiting to reach your customer care who do not have any information on the status of my connection. And as a foolish, paying and undeserving customer, it is probably a part of your process to treat customers the way I have been treated.
Let me make you aware that I have been using internet for the past 10 years and have experienced different service providers in different locations.
Since me and my wife work from home, we have suffered losses because of unannounced internet outages of Spectranet. There has never been any clear communication related to the cause of the outage, the time to rectify or an assurance for a permanent solution of the problem. No one from Spectranet has ever called or visited my place to check if the problem has been rectified.
I am not sure if you have invested in people who can/will read and respond to my email. Either I can hope or move to another provider.
