My experience with spectranet is summarized in below mail which I send to their customer care -
Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail to bring your attention the miserable condition of spectranet internet service in Wakad, Pune. I got the connection in May, 2013 and was delighted with spectranet service. Even I recommended it to many of my friends/ colleagues.
But I am very sad to say that from last 2 months, the internet service is becoming worse continuously. Last month for many days there was either outage or if outage was not there speed was fluctuating badly(for a long time it was nowhere near the promised speed of more than 12 MBPS).
There is no reliability, we can not plan any internet related work, trusting spectranet. My Wife used to work from home many a times but now she is not able to rely upon spectranet and had to travel to office.
I am continuing with spectranet only because of earlier nice experience but if this dismal experience continues with spectranet then I and my friends/colleagues have to opt for another company’s internet service.
I didn’t receive any reply over this email and I am still having issues of continuous outage and very poor speed. Going to change my ISP now for sure.
