Using Spectra in BLR as my backup service provider. Have two service providers at home - I use Spectra only if my main line goes down.

Inconsistency in speed / stability. Esp if you are using the connection for streaming apps(Netflix / Hotstar) etc . you will suddenly have pixilation or degradation of video.(Doesnt happen on my main line)
Frequency of issues or number of complaints that I have raised is far higher.
Compared to my main line(similar speed) - I do pay more for Spectra.
Spectra has these automated reminder calls which you get upto 4 times a day(or more) after bill generation. Highly irritating - I have ofcourse reported these numbers as spam via the TRAI DND app and block the numbers.
Overall avoid if this is going to be your main service provider. As a pure backup - perhaps if you dont have any other choice.
