Spectranet Service
One of the Worst Service Provider which I had seen. Am Chandru and based out of Chennai. I had opted for the Spectranet advantage package and Month 900Rs and for the initial period, need to subscribe for 3 months. On the first month renewal the speed was worse and they had take 3 days time to identify that speed cap need to be removed and that script is not working.
For the first month the download limit had completed and the 1mb cap was enabled and to identify and remove it on the 2nd month billing cycle it had taken 3 days time. For the last one week the speed is less than 2 MB and had reported 3 times and 4th time occurrence of the issue only the call is logged.
Whenever the customer support calls they will go with the default questions like what is your modem / how much distance you are away from modem. Don’t use wireless and use the Wired(am not sure wired or an weared connection).
The most interesting information is the upload speed is twice or thrice than the download even when the speed is of 1.5 mbps upload speed is always 6 to 7 mbps. I can give it in writing that spectranet is not capable of providing a service and its pathetic.
