I m using spectranet from last month only and it went down couple of times. when trying to reach over the customer care I didn’t find their contact nos either on website or from anywhere.
Service is really poor and pathetic. When trying to call toll free number it is always on hold and customer agent will there to address your problem even though I am holding a phone around for 45 min.
