This review is been posted out of sheer agony, an outcome of pathetic internet service by Spectranet in East Delhi Area. For the past 14 days, the inernet connection is almost down with no room for sharing grievances. After a chase of almost 10 days, an engineer visited our house and reset the entire connection, it seems he timed it for a limited period of max 3-4 hours. Since then our connection is again paralysed and there seems to be no botheration from the Spectranet’s end.
To further add to this agony, it is quite surprising to receive sms few hours post the complaint that it has been attended and closed. It seems Spectranet is living in a virtual world or their staff is suffering from hallucinations. Well, the best I can do is take them to a psychiatrist and get their disease cured.
The customer care is pathetic, no professionalism they seem to be least bothered with your concern inspite of telling them the concern and its duration they follow their own rules.
Is there anyone who can guide me on how to bring this to TRAI’s notice or lodge a strong case in the customer court.
All those who are getting swayed away with their mouth watering offers BEWARE!. It can give you unnecessary stress and you will end up spending extra money on doctor visit.
All those who are existing users, THIS IS NOT A SCARY REVIEW BUT A PEICE OF CAUTION.
