This is One of the worst that we have seen in the space so far.We installed Spectra net in May 2015, where the technician added a RPO adapter of 1 amp to our 10 amps d link router.But for last 7days it not working even after repeated complaints and call center peolple will gove wrong commitment. most pathetic services, and when I call the Custumor care, the girl who has been appointed as their executive’s don’t know how to talk to the customers. They just put you on hold and after a long pause they say, sorry madam your work will be done today!
The worst service provider I have ever seen. Guys please don’t go for this connection .I hate this internet provider because this provider wasted so much of my time.
